What does cooldown :10 means?
Is it 10 mili second? Or 10% of the duration time? |

It just adds up to cooldown points. it is not 10mili second or 10%
as point goes up cooldown will decrease |

10 doesnt change....it seems like number needs to be much higher.
If you re refeering to the stone, not worth it. 250dex doesnt decresse the cd down either |

they always like to make ridiculous update. Medal store sell gem 200 medal who will buy accept BM? and +1/+2/+3 skill point stone who will use? ETC...... |

@popoedogawa well we all know that BM is most valuable but doesnt mean that admin need to take away other gems lol
and if there is no point of +1~3 skill stone admin must delete every armor that is under lvl70 ? because other useless shit is there. that makes other things more valuable. if everyone use evo, price of evo will decrease lol |
