Why? Does from KR to MK require points to move? Does this force only KR users to pay?

GM seems to view KR users as patrons. Why should KR user go to a place with no merit? |

For going to a bad place with bad environment.. and play with bad people or most unwanted people in MK side..and need to pay 100usd. No KR will make the transition. Is it worth it for doing with only everage set? This transition is for helping MK or helping GM buy more airpod,,ferrari..and good living??
