may i know how to use cold down 10 stone and what is the effect after use? Reduce all skill cold down time permenant? After used, can remove it or change other stone? |

You can place the stone to slot beside ring and necklace.
it adds 10 points to your cool down time, and if you want to replace to other stone you can remove stone and change to other stone. |
