Permanent ban for Bot and users not willing to participate in the war

Greeting,

Our team joins High Statue War to check and gather information about unusual activities or abuse (Fame). 

Even though we can't find immediate abusing or cheating, we try to find all the cheating and abusing. 

Today we have banned permanently for three Akkan accounts. We will not reply to them in any way. 

In addition, if any account is related to human, we will ban permanently for any related accounts.

In the future, we will permanently ban users without warning, when a user does not participate in the war for the following reason:

1. If user do not have willingness to participate in the War after joined war. 

2. Participate in the war for fame abusing.

3. If any user participate in both race to get information as a spy.

4. All of the above does not apply to users participated in the war 5 minutes before the end.

Any account detected we will find all the related account and ban permanently include other race. 

Please, join war and continue to lead proper style of war. Some of these behaviors will make rules more strict and decrease the fun of War.
