When points charge late after you paid through PayPal
Greeting,
ROW uses the payment system through PayPal.
PayPal is an international company that offers a variety of payment methods. However, there are issues where points are not immediately charged after payment. This is not a problem with the ROW website.
Sometimes payments are delayed from the PayPal system. Delay can take from 10 minutes to 4 hours to be solved. We are sorry about the inconvenience, but please be patient and wait.
