Do i need to do the quests or i can skip them? im asking this cos one of my characters can not use blacksmith and i have skipped quests with that character .

you must make a blacksmith quest at start and after that you can use it later quest is for fame and medals if its your 1st char make it to earn 1300medals +- and at lvl 79 you can buy items S from medal shop at dismal |
