Well ppl with "Ichman Skin" and Runes on their set get the advantage of the event because it gives luck at black market in order to get B and A Grade items but for new players thats not archievable.
Still map 1 and 2 for whoever is starting fresh, drops B Items but once you get to map 3 and i dont get it why, you only get C Items from mobs. I mean, keep the same rate drop of B grade in map 3 as you have on map 1 and 2, you cant even get proper items from armor and weapon store because they are low level ones. Its like pushing people to buy money from Mall or sell their farm so they can get ehat they want. If you as myself dont want to get advantage of the auto level up until 79-80 you will having a difficult time getting proper items.

1.Bronze Key = B & A ticket (you can get 80 B & A from a map1 mob)
2.Blackmarket A=1% B=4% is economically and difficulty-wise reasonable
If you don't get the whole picture, don't assume that you outsmart GM

We all know about the keys but they are high level items. If i want to level normally there is no much to go on about unless i do quest that drop B items from map 3 npcs. On map 1 and 2 the highest level items you can get is arrount 40-45, after that your stuck to either auto level up or luckily get the items from the quests. There is no way you can get b items from map 3 when comes to mobs and i dont see why thats not possible.
Your the one talking about assumptions, no one said nothing about in order to outsmart the GM.
Some people pay for mall items and play the game in a advantageous way others take the long and difficult road from nothing... You talk about economically difficulty? What about balance? By the way everyone has their own view of RoW Gameplay, i play for fun because i dont have that much time to spend. Have fun and chill :)

Reformulate your question, and is "40 to 79 level", but let me guess, so you can do your quests and get your medals in order to buy Mall Items from Medal Store.

Protecting? Well maybe what you wanna say is to have a meaning in difficult whish i dont get why the only 1% but hey it seems your the expert so let everyone know why yes?

Well maybe will get a bit more easier for newbies aswell to end users and might aswell change the economy slightly when comes to Equipment.

GM is super expert.
The ROW operation team has been searching balance for years.
This "balance" is all-around, and its main focus has always been ECONOMY.
In Feb 2018, mobs drop 10M Lucky Gold. Now 1M.
In Oct 2020, map5 mobs drop 500% gem. Now < map3.
In Feb 2021,Ichman is 100 luck. Then 20. Now 60.
In Oct 2021, mobs drop silver box. Now purple orb.
The market history of this server shows one important rule:
If this game becomes TOO easy, expert players will be HARMFULLY EASIER than casual players.
It harms both player population and server income.
In 2022, GM is trying to make new players "quite easy" and expert players "easy but not so easy".
This is exactly what keeps this game from dying.
Blackmarket A=1% is the tip of GM's iceberg.

But sorry to you GM Miguel2017 is right.
All the advantages a new player has in maps 1 & 2 are lost in map 3 and for a newbie who can barely save 10M in bank cannot afford at all the blackmarket in map3 as all aitems cost 600k+ not to mention that the character has not gathered enough mineral to upgrade his items and make a Jera set to be lucky enough to get A items.
There are thing GM can do better in map3 to help players who don't want auto lvling andf that is to create an NPc that sells C grade items from lvl 40-65 and decrease the blackmarket price to 50% which will be a great boost for newbies
