It has come to my understanding that @ROW GM Team have changed the luck on certain items. For example the Ichman luck costume that has gone from 100 luck to 20 luck. This cant either be accepted or tollerated. People have actully spend real USD trying to get the ichman luck costume from item mall (web draw). And after that, they reduce the luck with 80 %. From what i understand, this is elegal to do (sell something that is good and then change it to almost useless). From what i understand, they cant refuse refunds for theese situations. I would like the admins to answer why they yet again so dramaticly changed an item that people have spend USD to get. Yet again a foolish update and no repect for donations players have made. What do you guys think about it?

They will never refund. Its always the player choice for stay or not.. For like or not.. Their decision is final. |

Stupid gm ever , and they wasted all their time and money on your server. U know how it feels from 100 luck drop to 20 luck means ? It means server is gone sooner . Refund us or farewell. |
