1. delete or uninstall row
2. download row + manual patch in web
3. try install that |

I had uninstall game and redownload client , however still will dc when I :
1. Login game
2. Change map
3. Char Select
Not all the times, but 60-80% will dc, it happen since 2-3 weeks ago until now. |

delete all row application row on desktop, downloads, etc. Do not use old downloaded files to reinstall. Use the latest downloads from the web. |

I had completely remove the game, and already re download the updated client from web site, same happen for unknown reason. |
