This large scale disconnection started after Operation Team had updated the autumn event. and We already experienced normal server status while Operation team had stopped autumn update for a very short time. RoW users' anger is at its peak, so We have come to a point where we can't believe in Operation Team&GM's speeches. We don't want update that doesn't feel like much. We can't feel the difference between fehu 100% dropping and 200% dropping. and All users are waiting A grade black market, not 200% dropping of B grade item. So, Stop updating first, then we will judge what is related with this massive disconnection. Therefore, Stop update right now, we will judge by ourselves. we will not blame on GM&Operation Team, even if disconnection continue after stop of update. So please....please....please.... |

how about update of A grade blackmarket while server is abnormal?
Actually, at this point, SW is almost impossible, so give us the time of making items, to close the gap between old users and newbies. |

I'm afraid the problem didn't arise from the event.
The host company is unable to defend the server from an attack. That is the cause of the problem and we will switch to a new host. After migration of server is complete, we will hold a special event with big gifts. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the frequent disconnection. |
