ROW now is evolution and new Version.
ALL item, data ID all deleted. So 12 years Ago will all Erase and no more. Now is ROW evolution all ID, ITEM is New. SO no need to email GM. Now ROW can fast up u can try to up 40 > then come PV up 79. find party at map 5 then up level + faming for item then go High war. Follow New Patch for more information.
