As Thork mentioned if you downloaded new client and manual update and have same problem, it could be the Firewall or Anti Virus Issue.
If continue to have same problem without Antivirus record problem and send to master@rowplayon.com

The way that I had been tried to solve this problem as below,
1. New client and update patch manual
2. Unzip patch into client ryl folder.
3. Turn off firewall and antivirus.

Same issue happened, after that is redo is beLow,

1. Turn off firewall and antivirus.
2. Uninstall and reinstall ryl
3. Update patch manually

But the problem haven't solve yet still connection failed to server after I pick my character start to play.
