My items disappeared from main char 4th inventory only.
GM said that they assume that your account was entered by someone else or shared with other users. BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. I HAVE EVER SHARED MY INFORMATION. Normally I keep gems, fehus, SOO, and minerals on 4th inventory of main char and when it will be 100ea, i move it to the bank. Also checked the log off and log in spot is the same. If someone took it, it doesn't make sense because the gold and all EQs are still there. Only gems, fehus, SOO, and minerals from 4th inventory. similar situation with me, if some player need take our item, sure the def set and weapon more valuable, why no take? |

i not sure about dc but i think is serve error.My situation is yesterday my 2 character is at pirate town.But today i log in found that 1 character missing gold and 1 character missing evo def set, gem, gold key. But all def gear and weapon still remain. That weird if assume some player log in id and just take some gold and item. The most valuable def set and weapon remain there. |

In my case, I log off myself and after 2hours, login again.
The char is the same spot because i was leveling with my guild member in Map 4, KillerBeetle spot. and realized only 4th inventory items was gone. Everything was there. if someone login, GM should be known because login/out should be recorded but they said "WE ASSUME ~~~". That mean GM didn't check the server logs or etc. We need the fact, not be supposed. Seems This like of situation is fault by user side but I don't agree. |

i think that is becuz so many peopel share account and ask for recovery.
If its server problem i am sure they will give back :) |

hope GM check the log record and the transaction record, freeze all related account for the item transaction first. If not, i have lost around 10B |

this happened to me, my whole inventory item's disappear, 30% pot orbs, BM diamond rubies . i posted to them and matte asked few question say gonna check later, but guess what? nothing. |

ive sent enough evidence with detailed info when server was crashed and some of my items were disappeared, it took long time but ive got my stuff back. they said before so many people send a fake report and it takes time |

happened to me 3 years ago..
scrolls gems fehu etc gone, and gm only said how about 100m gold for compensation? While those things are worth more than 200m.. i was speechless. |

in my case, both my character suppose at map 3 that night. When i log in my character, both at map 1 which location far from center of map 1. Ant then my gold and item gone. But my set def and weapon still there. If somebody take my item and gold. why he no take together the set def and weapon which more valuable?? I think high possible is server error. |
