ranking is based on fame in the game
you log in to game and check the ranking on the stat window
you can check fame rank

But not always ranking fame is best char, ranking fame can get many if ur level lower than enemy like 88-91/92 and you always join in SW

Top item not necessarily good play, must combine if want called best player. Have some ordinary item but good play, he can kill many or he can be good support for support other member like fast buff, fast dispel, good call, kill noob 1st and etc ^_^

MONGOOSE is the best player trash talker restarted many enemies , moron crying a river. what else? if u kill him he will always find you , he will open what race you are and trash talk about you.
