If you send captured image of problem to matte through discord that will be helpful to give you exact answer.
From what you posted here we can assume that if your max damage is lower than 454 it may show Min Damage zero. Your min damage can not be higher than max damage. |

Simple,
454-358 = 96/2 = 48 + 358 = 406 your base item must have a maximum value above 406 or it will be impossible to transfer that minimum value you want ... |

Did you check the grade of your item ?
Are you trying to transfer AA item Stats fuser to AAA item ? |

minimum damage cannot exceed maximum damage, that the logic..if your fuser max damage is low, you have to upgrade the max damage before you can transfer the MIn damage status to it. |
