2019 Year-end Event Announcement 

Greeting,

We give thanks to those who always love and support ROW. 

This announcement is about upcoming event for Christmas and Year-end Event. 

This announcement also includes one rule change for the regulation for the game. 

1. A Grade Black Market Event

2. 75 lvl Tournament Event

We are working hard to attract many users to the game. In addition, we are focusing on the security and defense of our server. 

Recently, we started investing money on promoting all over the Asia. 

We are also working on additional events to stop users from using illegal/private servers.

1. A Grade Black Market Event

- We would like to start Black market event for new users, so they can make gear after Auto level. 

Date of Event: From Dec 23, 2019 ~ to Jan 6, 2020 (Event will start at 9:00 AM. Please check the announcement of the update news before spending gold on the black market)

- A Grade equipment (Weapon, Armor) will drop from all around the map. All the NPCs of the Blackmarket will drop A grade equip with a low chance. The drop rate will be 1% same as the previous event.     

2. 75 lvl Tournament Event

- Eligibility: Character must be level 75. New guild with a maximum of 10 guild members. Guild must be created new. (Guild should be named KR-(guild name) for KR and MK-(guild name) for MK.

- Date: From December 27, 2019, Friday to December 29, 2019, Sunday

- How to join: The guild leader must apply before Dec 22, 2019. (With all 10 guildmembers character name, if user changes character name won’t be able to participate.) 

- Where to apply: Guild master will go into the website ‘General discussion’ and ‘OOguild will participate in 2019 Tournament’. (Must include all the character name and should not change the name)

- Level: All participating characters must be level 75. 

- Armor limit: Only 4 kinds of medal items from the Dismal. 

- Weapon/Shield limit: Any type of weapon that is A grade.

- Accessories: No limit

- Details of Tournament: Operation team will randomly make list for the match. (Possible to face the same race) 

- Depends on the applied guild one team might continue the tournament without a fight

- All matches except finals, each guild must video record or take a screenshot and post on the website ‘general discussion’. Match time will be announced individually (If not show up on time team will lose the match)

- Win or lose: If the entire guild member dies, lose the match. Resurrected users can fight but a respawned user can not continue on the match. If a respawned user joins fight team will lose the match. 

- Abusing will lose the match: Switching Item for KR will lose the match. If other guildmember or user help (heal) will lose the match. The operation team will check all the reported abusing, and none participate users should be away from the battle. 

- Reward: 1st place: All member of the team will receive 15,000 points and 100 Blackmoon

2nd place: All member of the team will receive 10,000 points and 70 Blackmoon

3rd place: All member of the team will receive 5,000 points and 50 Blackmoon

Any team member who participated in more than one match will receive 3,000 points. 

3. We will annul the regulation of allowing users to trade gold in cash (real money), and anyone who trades gold for the cash will be ban from the game. 

The reason is that we try to avoid the atmosphere that disrupts the game economy by dominate farming. Users can find gold on the web item mall.
