Added Power of Fame Quest

Greeting, 

Thank you for supporting ROW.

We are grateful that many users enjoy playing ROW and the battle.

ROW has an existing quest that provides skill points when the character reaches certain fame. 

This is a quest that the character can only take once with one character, and we recommended to take it. 

We are planning a new fame quest and will be as follows:

1. Name of the Quest: Power of Fame I/II/III/IV/V

Power of Fame I: Each character will receive the scroll that can upgrade stone 2 to 3 when reaches 100,000 fame

Power of Fame II: Each character will receive the scroll that can upgrade stone 3 to 4 when reaches 200,000 fame 

Power of Fame III: Each character will receive the scroll that can upgrade Evolution level 3 upgrade scroll when reaches 300,000 fame

Power of Fame IV: Each character will receive the scroll that can upgrade Evolution level 3 upgrade scroll when reaches 400,000 fame

Power of Fame V: Each character will receive the scroll that can upgrade Evolution level 3 upgrade scroll when reaches 500,000 fame

* When upgrading to Evolution lvl3, the user must have a 'Ring of spell' that can be purchased from the item mall

* Required item to upgrade Evolution lvl3: Evo lvl3 upgrade scroll, Evo accessories lvl2, Ring of spell

* Ring of spell will be sold at the item mall soon

2. Quest release date: June 5th, 2020

3. A character who has already completed Power of fame quest I~V can not take quest again. 

4. Under our regulation we resets (over 10,000 fame will reset to 10,000) fame twice a year. Since fame will be reset on June 30th, we recommend that all users take the quest in June.

5. This is not a short-term quest and will continue to activate.
