Notice for Self-report of the item mall bug

Greeting, 

Thank you for supporting ROW.

This announcement is about the released item due to the item mall bug on the 25th.

We have recovered over 95% of the released item.

All related accounts are suspended.

Non-related accounts are currently unsuspended. 

Those users who have abused bugs from the mall will be not unblocked. 

Also, the used items are the problem. 

In case of used item (ex. consumed gold, applied socket puncher to equipment, etc) will not be recovered.

We are considering the users who will be disadvantaged from the case, we will give time for users to self-report and restored/unblocked.

Details of self-report should be done as below:

*Self- report period from Jan 29th to Feb 2nd, 17:00 PM GMT+8

1. In the case of the user used gold/socket puncher/pot/gold box for an existing account, etc.

2. Another account or character you have hidden

Through self-report about above cases:

We are planning to unblock the account based on the report and give the solution to unblock the account.

However, if the operation team detect the accounts that are related with item mall bug without self-report and all related accounts will be blocked.

Please, participate in a proper and healthy game environment. 

So far, the operation team has tracked the data and discovered all the usage and hidden items, and blocked or erased the released items.

This process will continue until Feb, 2. 

This problem caused by expanding the server and while the operation team was preventing network attacks.

However, users who abused this situation intentionally and maliciously must take the price.

If users report all about the case to master@rowplayon.com during the self-report period, we will find a solution and unblock the accounts.
