Re-announcement about sharing/ trading account

Greeting,

Thank you for always supporting and enjoying the ROW.

This is the announcement that we have mentioned many times for a long time.

It is about the account, and the account that users own is owned by the user and the operation team has mentioned that we will not get involved in trading and sharing.

Therefore, if there is a problem with the account, it can also be a problem of user neglect of management. 

It's too much for our team to manage and track all of the registered accounts, and we can not do that. 

We know how new users feel about purchasing accounts. 

It is an opportunity to save time and participate in the game through trading. 

However, when the purchased account was involved with the speed hack or illegal act the account may be blocked later on.

To avoid these disadvantages, we mentioned many times to be careful about sharing and trading accounts. 

This regulation will not change in the future. 

The hard-created account becomes blocked or has problems with the account victim will be the person who purchased the account or lend the account to another user.

Once again, as we have mentioned we block all related accounts when an illegal act is detected, the operation team does not give protection for shared/ traded accounts. 

Please make a good decision to prevent this kind of problem from happening.
