[Notice] User Appreciation Event Part 2

Thank you for always playing ROW Revolution. We have resolved most of our previous issues and will continue to provide a stable service. Starting today, we are launching our second event.

1. 4x GEM Drop Event Extension: This event will continue and ends on August 14th at 9:00 AM.

2. Human Map 30% EXP Boost Permanent Application: The 30% EXP boost in the Human Map from Event 1 will continue permanently without any changes.

3. New Item Added to Spin World: Spin World will offer an additional new item. It has an extremely low drop rate and allows you to obtain one type of the Potor set at C-grade (the player can choose the class and type).

   • Players who acquire this item must contact a GM via email to trade and receive the item.

4. 1B Gold Special Event: We are offering up to 400x as the final amount for this event. There will be no additional offers for this in the near future. (Starts: August 7th at 7:00 PM, GMT+8)

5. 90Lv Black Market Probability Event: You can obtain A-grade items at a 2% rate and B-grade items at a 4% rate. This event ends on August 14th at 9:00 AM, and there will be no additional events of this kind afterward.

6. 94Lv Level-Up Event Relaunch: Characters level 79 and above can apply. The application period ends on August 14th at 9:00 AM. How to Participate:

   • (A) Top up 10,000 points per character on your account, then submit your application via email.

   • (B) When writing the email, ensure that you have charged the correct amount of points corresponding to the number of characters you wish to boost. Please include your Account Name and Character Name(s).

   • (C) After receiving a confirmation reply via email, you will verify your character's level growth online with a GM during the 7-day event period.

   • (D) The character applying for the boost must first be leveled up to Level 79 (utilizing the Auto-Level Quest). However, if you wish to apply for a character that is already Level 80 or higher, you must specify this as an additional note in your email (e.g., "My character is currently Level 83. I wish to grow this character.").

7. Item Mall Medal Reward Adjustment: The event granting a 100% medal reward upon Item Mall purchases has ended, and the base reward rate has been reduced to 30%.

   感謝您一直以來對 ROW Revolution 的支持與遊玩。 我們已解決了大部分的問題，未來將繼續維持穩定的伺服器運作。 自今日起，我們將展開第二波活動。

   1. 4倍 GEM 掉落活動延長： 本活動將持續進行，並於 8月14日 上午9點結束。

   2. 人類地圖 30% 經驗值加成常駐： 在活動1中進行的人類地圖經驗值提升 30% 效果將持續保留，且未來不會再作更改。

   3. Spin World 新增道具： Spin World 中將提供全新的追加道具。該道具的獲得機率極低，獲得後可取得一件 C等級的 Potor 套裝部位（玩家可自行選擇職業與種類）。

      • 獲得該道具的玩家將透過電子郵件與 GM 進行交易來領取道具。

   4. 1B 金幣特別活動： 本次活動最終將提供最多 400個，且短期內將不再額外提供。（時間：8月7日 晚上7點，GMT+8）

   5. 90Lv 黑市機率活動： 您可以享有 A級 2%、B級 4% 的獲得機率。本活動至 8月14日 上午9點結束，之後不會有額外的相同活動。

   6. 94Lv 升級活動再次開放： 79等級以上的角色皆可申請，活動申請期限至 8月14日 上午9點為止。參與方式如下：

      • (A) 每個角色請在帳號內儲值 10,000 點數，然後透過電子郵件提交申請。

      • (B) 填寫電子郵件時，請確保您已根據希望提升等級的角色數量，儲值了正確的點數金額。請務必提供您的帳號名稱與角色名稱。

      • (C) 透過電子郵件收到確認回覆後，您將在 7天的活動期間內，於線上與 GM 確認角色的等級成長。

      • (D) 申請升級的角色必須先升至 79等級（可利用自動升級任務）。然而，若您希望申請升級的角色已經達到 80等級或以上，您必須在電子郵件中特別註明（例如：「我的角色目前為 83等級。我希望能提升此角色。」）。

   7. 商城獎章發放率調整： 於道具商城購買時 100% 獲得獎章的活動已經結束，發放率已下調至 30%。

      항상 ROW 레볼루션을 플레이해 주셔서 감사합니다. 대부분의 문제를 해결하고 안정적인 서비스를 이어가도록 하겠습니다. 오늘부터 두 번째 이벤트를 진행합니다.

      1. 4배 GEM 드랍 이벤트 연장: 8월 14일 오전 9시에 종료됩니다.

      2. 휴먼 맵 경험치 30% 상승 상시 적용: 이벤트 1에서 진행했던 경험치 상승 이벤트가 계속 유지되며, 앞으로 변경 없이 현재 상태로 제공됩니다.

      3. Spin World 신규 아이템 추가: Spin World에 새로운 아이템이 추가 제공됩니다. 매우 낮은 확률로 획득할 수 있으며, Potor 세트 중 한 종류를 C등급으로 얻을 수 있습니다 (클래스 및 종류는 플레이어가 직접 결정 가능).

         • 아이템을 획득한 사용자는 이메일을 통해 GM과 거래하는 방식으로 아이템을 제공받게 됩니다.

      4. 1B 골드 스페셜 이벤트: 이번 이벤트에서는 최종적으로 400개를 제공하며, 이후 당분간 추가 제공은 없습니다. (8월 7일 오후 7시, GMT+8)

      5. 90Lv 블랙마켓 확률 이벤트: A급 2%, B급 4%의 획득 확률이 적용됩니다. 8월 14일 오전 9시에 종료되며, 이후 추가적인 이벤트는 없습니다.

      6. 94Lv 레벨업 이벤트 재진행: 79레벨 이상의 캐릭터가 신청할 수 있으며, 참여 기간은 8월 14일 오전 9시까지입니다. 참여 방법은 아래와 같습니다.

         • (A) 계정 내 캐릭터당 10,000 포인트를 충전한 후, 이메일을 통해 신청서를 제출합니다.

         • (B) 이메일 작성 시, 부스트를 원하는 캐릭터 수에 맞게 정확한 금액의 포인트를 충전했는지 확인하십시오. 계정명과 캐릭터명을 반드시 기재해야 합니다.

         • (C) 이메일을 통해 확인 답장을 받은 후, 7일의 이벤트 기간 동안 온라인에서 GM과 함께 캐릭터의 레벨업 성장을 확인하게 됩니다.

         • (D) 부스트를 신청하는 캐릭터는 먼저 79레벨까지 육성되어야 합니다 (자동 레벨업 퀘스트 활용 가능). 단, 이미 80레벨 이상인 캐릭터로 신청하려는 경우, 이메일에 해당 내용을 추가로 명시해야 합니다 (예: "제 캐릭터는 현재 83레벨이며, 이 캐릭터를 성장시키고 싶습니다.").

      7. 아이템 몰 메달 지급률 조정: 아이템 몰 구입 시 메달을 100% 지급하던 이벤트가 종료되었으며, 30%로 하향 조정되었습니다.
