First of all, we sincerely apologize for the account security issue that has affected some players over the past three days.

Our investigation confirmed that multiple accounts were accessed by unauthorized third parties after their passwords had been compromised. We sincerely apologize once again for our shortcomings in protecting our service.

We have already begun restoring all affected major items, weapons, and armor, and restoration is still in progress for some accounts.

Our investigation indicates that most of these incidents were related to weak passwords. To better protect your account, please use a strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

If you are currently using a simple or weak password, we strongly recommend changing it immediately.

Account restoration will continue from today through the weekend. We will contact affected players individually and restore their accounts in order.

On July 24, our GM team will continue conducting a detailed investigation of all logs and affected accounts. Full restoration work will take place on July 25 and 26. If you do not receive an email reply on July 24, please do not worry. Simply send your request by email, and we will process it as soon as possible.

Replies and feedback for all emails will begin on July 25.

As an apology for the inconvenience, we have extended the Grade A Event by an additional three days, and we will also prepare a special event next week for all players.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and kindly ask everyone to help protect their accounts by using strong passwords and keeping their login information secure.
