[Notice] Stun Skill Update: Life Off. & Cleric

Greetings, ROW players.

We would like to inform you of some necessary adjustments regarding the second stun skills for the Life Off and Cleric classes.

Our goal is to ensure that combat in ROW remains thrilling and action-packed. To prevent the gameplay experience from being diminished by excessive crowd control, we recently applied a primary adjustment to reduce the number of stuns. However, to fully achieve this dynamic combat environment, we have determined that adjusting the Hammer/Ancient Cell skill is also inevitable.

Please note that these changes apply equally to both the MK and KR factions.

[Skill Adjustment Details]

• Hammer/Ancient Cell Stun Duration: Reduced by 50% compared to the previous duration.

• Hammer/Ancient Cell Area of Effect (AoE): Application range and radius reduced by approximately 35%.

[Future Direction] Following this update, there may be secondary adjustments for the Life Off. and Cleric classes, such as increasing their Heal range or overall Heal amount. These future changes are intended to maintain a fair class average while ensuring that ROW's gameplay remains highly offense-oriented.
