Additional Skill Balance Adjustments

Following our recent announcement, we implemented changes to certain skills. However, due to unexpected outcomes and bugs, we determined that further adjustments were necessary and are now deploying a revised patch.

We hope these refined values will make the battles in ROW even more exciting and enjoyable. Once we have fully verified these changes in-game, we will officially update the skill descriptions (tooltips) to reflect the finalized stats.
