Came across this quest and i can confirm there is no quantities shown on the quest Tab in order to know how many we need of each item to complete the quest. 

According to the AK'khan Quest List left in Tip and Tech Forum Tab you need 'Nohnuut Eyeball x 10 and Nohnuut Hair x 10'.
