Notice of account suspension related to cancellation of payment

When user register account, we have mentioned there will not be any refund for any reason, and all users agreed when register account. All payment points are not refundable, and there is no exception with refund. 

We cooperate with Paypal and have enough evidence for Paypal. No single refund has been made. 

Recently, some user shared or sold account and requested a refund and all related account has been blocked. 

We will not unblock the account for any reason, and we will cooperate with Paypal and follow our regulation and will not refund. 

In addition, we block all related accounts, and we will not  unblock the account for any reason.

Users should be careful of buying and selling accounts because some users continue to do such thing in certain countries. 

Once user sold account and request for refund and new owner will see the account blocked. That is why we recommend users not to share or trade account. Due to the act of previous owner new owner might need to take the damages.

It is sad for users in certain East Asian countries that continue casuing these problem. Our team will carefully observe information in the future, if any negative activity is caught, we will block the ip and related  account without warning to avoid the problem. 

We have many innocent and users that play fair. Please, be very careful when buying and selling accounts. Best way to avoid these problem will be not sharing and trading account.
