Unable to access Map 3 due to Costume bug patch

Thank you all for supporting and loving ROW. 

We found some bug on the costume and fixed bug. However, during the updatedues users were unable to access on Map 3. Server and Map 3 is now stable and there is no problem. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused from the bug patch.
