Prohibit  trading Gold in Cash between Users

Greeting, 

We authorized users to trade gold in cash two years ago.

But we added a new type of web mall, and gold is selling directly from the web mall now. 

Therefore, we would like to cancel the rules that trade gold in cash. 

Any attempted account that tries to trade gold in cash will be temporary banned or permanent banned.

We apologize for the many abusing warnings while operating ROW.

However, we are concerned for the users who should proceed with equality and fair oppertunities in the game.

This will prevent the users who gets damaged from certain users. Everyone deserve same oppertunities. 

We will focus and check the following communities.

1.Anyone who attempts to trade gold for cash by shouting in the game (will be detected by chat bot)

2. Attempt to trade gold through NAVER ROW Cafe communities of Korea

3. Discord ROW Community (U.S GM will check)

4. Facebook ROW Community (US GM will check)

We will compensate to users who report on gold transactions with prof, and we will compensate at least 100m to 1b gold.

We apologize for many regulation, but we ask for your cooperation in keeping the rules of the game, so that everyone in the server can enjoy the game equal and fair.
