This is ROW Operation Team.

We hope Covid-19 does not cause health problems for our users.

We are working hard on operations based on various services in 2020. 

Sometimes there are parts that users like or dislike. 

There was a major improvement in the network environment, and there have been small changes in detecting and fixing bug problems. 

Unfortunately, we had a problem with the PayPal cheat and Speed hack issue, and we have banned all related accounts. 

We have a few announcements to make today:

1. There are users who made a character name similar and try to scam or use inappropriate language to cause problems between race. This is an act that harms the game environment, and we will ban all related accounts and post the name of the major or most active character. It means that we will investigate IP and other activities for details. If users see any case related, please report through master@rowplayon.com

Result: We will post the most active character name on the website and ban all related accounts. 

The ban processing, which is currently being done by the operation team is needed for the server. If we unban the account for some reason, that will not be good for the game and good users might get harmed again. 

The reason why we ban all related accounts (including shared accounts) because we do not request personal info or self-certify when register ID. 

As a result, we recommend users not to share account, because we do not give protection for a shared or traded account.
