The official network problem caused the player to be unable to connect normally for 30 minutes. Why did the player suffer from this problem? I have long guessed that no player will be rewarded and feel deceived.

Stupid event ever. I believe some of the people were stayed without disconnected but GM doesn't acknowledge this. Because they would have to reward 2,000 points to a lot of players, which will not benefit them. I can't believe players didn't receive any compensation due to developer's mistake/technical issues. In other game the developer will apologize and compensate at least something to those who dedicated their time to joined and support. |

I agree - most players gave their time to help support the event. They should not be punished for server issues, it's very simple to reward them for their time even if it is not the full 30 minutes. Less players will want to participate or help in future events now. |

yes, i agree too.
All row users have tried to log in for 30min, but terrible system kicked them out repeatably. RoW Operation team sbould give a reward to nbers of people logged in that time. at least gold box, gold tickets. |

This time there was an error, so it didn't proceed smoothly. It caused some inconvenience.
We have to check out who connected and for how long, but there was an error due to too much traffic in the system, and the record is not clear. So we are meaning to conduct another event with a better reward. We will put in extra effort next time so that we can give the users a much better experience. We kindly ask for your understanding. |

Come on GM, it is obviously will increase the traffic in the system if you do that kind of event with that amount of reward. It is your responsibility to think on how to maintain or keep the system stable when the traffic is high. Let me tell you, people will open with multiple IDs using multiple gadgets just to stay in. You talking about 2,000 points per character if you have 5 IDs it is already 10,000 points! For just 1 person! If there are 100 people with the same mindset of course will crash the system. You should be thinking of this before you made such event. |

Please do your monthly activities first, if you can’t handle the basic issues, you still want to do other things. |
